1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phmaplad ("phmaplad," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phmaplad website located at phmaplad.club and all associated services, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by phmaplad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phmaplad Platform.

phmaplad reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of phmaplad following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the phmaplad Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and play on phmaplad. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phmaplad strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age, with all funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phmaplad complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phmaplad or by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phmaplad. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

phmaplad reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phmaplad may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by phmaplad, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and a secure password. phmaplad may also require additional information for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification purposes in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmaplad login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phmaplad will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify phmaplad immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phmaplad shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• KYC Verification: phmaplad is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid identification documents when requested. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
• Account Currency: All phmaplad accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

phmaplad supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. phmaplad does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits are credited to your phmaplad account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks.

• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your phmaplad account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. phmaplad is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Please refer to the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. phmaplad reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Failed Transactions: phmaplad is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within thirty (30) minutes, please contact phmaplad support with your transaction reference number.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phmaplad offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your phmaplad account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• phmaplad reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. phmaplad reserves the right to withhold bonuses from players who, in phmaplad's sole judgment, are exploiting promotional offers or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to each promotion individually unless the promotion is automatically applied.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phmaplad Platform, including Color Game, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, and all other titles, are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

phmaplad uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. All game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects a game outcome, phmaplad reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all wagers placed during that round. phmaplad's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: phmaplad is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a server-side issue, phmaplad will resolve the round in accordance with the game's rules and the last recorded game state.
• Bet Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed within the game interface. phmaplad reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmaplad Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on phmaplad, whether under your own name or using false or third-party information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phmaplad games or services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phmaplad Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phmaplad immediately.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or unauthorized use of another person's payment account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phmaplad staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the phmaplad Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

phmaplad is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal hardship.

phmaplad provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from your account settings after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration after which phmaplad will notify you and prompt you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your phmaplad account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phmaplad Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phmaplad Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of phmaplad or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phmaplad Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of phmaplad.

The phmaplad name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phmaplad. You may not use any phmaplad trademark without our prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phmaplad, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the phmaplad Platform.

phmaplad's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmaplad account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phmaplad Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phmaplad makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. phmaplad does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Termination

phmaplad reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause (including violation of these Terms), phmaplad reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination for reasons other than cause, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

You may close your phmaplad account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phmaplad Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

phmaplad operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with phmaplad may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of phmaplad to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
