No. phmaplad strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player is allowed only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. GCash and PayMaya deposits are usually credited instantly. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, first check that the transaction was successfully completed on your e-wallet app and that the funds were deducted from your balance. If the deduction occurred but the funds haven't appeared in your phmaplad account, contact our support team with your transaction reference number, the amount, the payment method used, and the date and time of the transaction.
